One of the most wonderful times in life is high school graduation, and a great way to commemorate it - and remember it - is by delving through all the different yearbook catch phrases that might sum up the spirit of the graduating class.

You might not remember your tenth grade English teacher, or the horrible pair of horsehead bookends you made in shop class. But the sort of yearbook catch phrases can do much to cement the most wonderful memories of your schoolmates in your mind forever.
A catch phrase is worthless unless it refers to something everyone understands and knows about. First things first: pick a theme for your yearbook.
What inspires your class? Do you focus on the future, or fondly remember the past? There are all kinds of great memories you can build on from a dozen years with your school chums. You can also focus on the great times you have planned in college, which is right around the corner.

Try using an important word that gets you moving. Do you want to build on memories? You can build on excellence, build on your future, or build on character if you want to be noble.
Are you burning to learn? How about burning to move on? What about not burning your bridges, but instead reaching towards tomorrow?
Call attention to your class. If you’re ready to “charge into the future” or instead you want to “change with the changing tides,” then go for it.
Ask your friends and family members to “check you out,” because you’re so proud of your accomplishments. You can chase the sun, charge into the future, or linger in the past.
Don’t turn your back on what’s happened before. It’s a valuable lesson for young adults to draw on as the future draws nigh.
As your high school days draw to a close, you’ll want to know if you “have what it takes” to be the success you were meant to be. What inspires you? What do you remember from the past that you can use to make progress toward the future?
The one thing you can do is celebrate! Celebrate change, celebrate graduating, celebrate college. Or just celebrate passing physics!

Remember that the most simple of phrases, if it sticks in your mind and makes you think, “That’s it!”, can be the catch phrase you pick to embellish your yearbook.
